This Café Professional Series double wall oven pairs an upper oven with True European Convection and direct air with a lower traditional oven, delivering consistent, top down results on roasts, chicken, turkey, and other special occasion dishes in the upper cavity. A smart cooking system automatically tracks progress and adjusts time and temperature by managing heat and airflow, and precision cooking modes such as Convection Bake, Convection Bake Multi-Rack, Convection Roast, and Proof eliminate the need for preheating on many dishes. Air Fry Mode crisps favorite fried foods without added oil, and preset precision cooking modes include Artisan Pizza Mode, Turkey Mode, and Steak Mode.
Both ovens are controlled through a 7 inch full color LCD screen with a black gloss interior finish and 2 halogen interior oven lights per oven. Oven control features include a temperature probe, control lock, delay time, unlimited timers, 12 hour shut off capability, and OU Sabbath mode. A WiFi connection enables remote control, recipes, cooking instructions, a grocery list and shopping feature, streaming audio, personalized wallpaper, and weather through the SmartHQ app, letting the ovens be preheated or adjusted from outside the kitchen. A built-in premium Bluetooth speaker streams music or podcasts during cooking.
Both ovens clean with a self-clean cycle that includes a steam clean option and variable, delay clean timing. Hardware and finish can be customized, choosing from Matte White, Matte Black, and Stainless Steel finishes paired with Brushed Copper, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Black, or Brushed Stainless hardware. This unit is finished in Stainless Steel with a customizable Café Pro Style Brushed Stainless handle and a big view oven window, and it’s built for installation above a warming drawer or side-by-side.
