This Café wall oven brings a French door design to the double oven category, letting you open both doors with a single hand for easier access. Both the upper and lower ovens use True European Convection with Direct Air, giving you 10.0 cu. ft. of combined capacity across two 5.0 cu. ft. cavities and consistent results on roasts, chicken, and other special occasion favorites.
Precision Cooking Modes, including Artisan Pizza, Turkey, and Steak, use tailored temperature and fan adjustments developed by Café’s cooking scientists to track food progress and adjust cook times automatically. Air Fry Mode crisps food without added oil, and a temperature probe helps track doneness on roasts and meats. A smart oven shortcut feature saves your most frequently used cooking modes for instant access.
A 7″ full color touch LCD screen controls the oven and displays recipes, cooking instructions, streaming audio, and weather via WiFi. A built in premium Bluetooth speaker lets you stream music or podcasts while you cook. The SmartHQ app allows remote preheating and temperature changes from anywhere.
The oven is available in three finishes. Matte White, Matte Black, and Stainless Steel, each with a customizable Café Pro style handle. Compatible with above warming drawer or side by side installations. This model is not approved for flush mount installation.
