This Café commercial-style gas rangetop brings six sealed burners to the cooktop surface, led by a 21,000 BTU multi-ring burner that offers different sized flame rings on a single burner element for added cooking versatility. Two 18,000 BTU power boil burners bring water to a boil quickly, two 12,000 BTU burners can be used together or separately with an optional griddle grill accessory, and a 10,000 BTU burner rounds out the layout. The industry exclusive Inspiral burner swirls the cooktop flame under cookware to spread heat more evenly from center to edges, and a contoured Inspiral wok grate concentrates that heat for specialty cookware like woks.
Continuous, edge to edge cast iron grates let heavy cookware slide across the entire surface without lifting, and a color matched manifold keeps the control area coordinated with the rangetop’s finish. Electric ignition with automatic reignition keeps burners lit through accidental flameouts, and the sealed burner design contains spills for easier cleanup. Grates and knobs are dishwasher safe, and a manual simmer control from 1 to 9 is available on all burners.
The rangetop is available in two sizes. The 36 inch size has six burners on its own. The 48 inch size has the same six burner layout plus a built-in 18,000 BTU stainless steel and aluminum clad griddle with an integrated thermostat that automatically holds a set temperature, along with a griddle indicator light. Both sizes are factory set for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, and both come with a factory installed island backguard. Each size is available in matte white, stainless steel, and matte black finishes, all with matte black cast iron grates.
