This Café gas cooktop puts five sealed burners on a deep stainless steel surface, led by an 18,000 BTU burner for searing, frying, and sautéing. A dedicated simmer burner provides low, even heat for delicate sauces like hollandaise. Continuous, edge to edge cast iron grates let you slide heavy cookware across the entire surface without lifting, and an optional cast iron griddle accessory adds extra cooking space without extra pans.
Heavy duty knobs feature a white LED backlight that shows at a glance when a burner is active, and a control lock setting helps prevent accidental activation. Sealed burners contain spills for easier cleanup, and the grates and knobs are dishwasher safe.
The cooktop is available in two sizes, 30 inches with a center 18,000 BTU burner alongside two 9,500 BTU burners, a 12,000 BTU burner, and a 5,000 BTU simmer burner, and 36 inches with the same layout but a 15,000 BTU burner in place of the 12,000 BTU burner. Both sizes finish in stainless steel with a matte black grate color.
