This Café wall oven fits two ovens into a single 30″ cutout: a 2.2 cu. ft. traditional upper oven and a 2.8 cu. ft. True European Convection lower oven, so two dishes can cook at different temperatures at the same time. The convection system uses a third heating element and reversing fan for even heat and airflow, and a speedy preheat feature cuts down wait time.
Precision Cooking Modes — including artisan pizza, salmon, roasted vegetables, and bacon — use tailored temperature and fan adjustments developed by Café’s cooking scientists to track progress and deliver consistent results without guesswork. Air Fry Mode crisps food without added oil, and a temperature probe helps track doneness on roasts and meats.
A 7″ full-color touch LCD screen controls the oven and displays a customizable wallpaper. Built-in WiFi through the SmartHQ app allows remote preheating and temperature changes, unlimited labeled timers, and — on select models — a built-in chatbot for cooking questions. Both ovens include self-clean cycles with an optional steam-clean setting.
