This Café combination wall oven brings five cooking functions to a single appliance. The upper Advantium oven works as a convection oven, microwave, toaster oven, warming and proofing oven, and precision cook oven, drawing on over 175 programmed menu selections and cooking foods two to four times faster than a conventional oven, with no preheating required. The lower oven features True European Convection for consistent, top down results on roasts, chicken, turkey, and other special occasion dishes, with convection bake, convection bake multi or single rack, convection broil, and convection roast modes.
The lower oven’s self-clean cycle includes a steam clean and delay clean option, and a heavy-duty roller rack is designed to glide smoothly and stay in the oven through self-clean so it never needs to be removed and scrubbed separately. Controls combine a dial with a glass touch display, and control features include an audible preheat signal, auto recipe conversion, Sabbath mode, control lock, delay start, hi/low broil, proof mode, warm mode, and a temperature probe on the lower oven. The Advantium upper oven uses microwave sensor cooking controls for cook, defrost, express, and reheat functions, at 1000 watts across 10 power levels.
The oven is finished in Stainless Steel with a Café Pro brushed stainless handle, and it’s built for installation above a warming drawer. It includes an Advantium cookbook.
