The 6.2 cu. ft. oven is sized to fit a full-size catering pan, with a Gas Bake and Dual Power Broil system for even heating, three racks (including a durable nickel roller rack), and Precision Oven modes that track progress and adjust time and temperature automatically. A temperature probe supports precise doneness for oven cooking.
Built-in WiFi through the SmartHQ app enables remote oven control, notifications, scan-to-cook, and voice control through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The range also supports an enhanced Shabbos Mode via a separately sold Shabbos Keeper device, and Chef Connect syncing with compatible Café range hoods and microwaves.
The range is available in three finishes — Matte White, Matte Black, and Stainless Steel — each with commercial-style, dishwasher-safe control knobs and a customizable handle.
