This Café double-oven range gives home cooks two independent ovens — a 2.7 cu. ft. upper oven and a 4.3 cu. ft. lower convection oven — so a roast and a batch of dessert can go in at the same time, at their own temperatures. The lower oven uses True Convection for even heat circulation, while the six-burner, edge-to-edge gas cooktop above includes an integrated cast-iron griddle and a 21,000 BTU tri-ring burner capable of everything from a hard sear to a low simmer, plus a 15,000 BTU Power Boil burner for bringing water up to temperature fast.
Both ovens include self-clean cycles with an optional steam-clean setting and never-scrub racks that stay in through the cleaning cycle. A temperature probe lets you monitor doneness without opening the oven door.
Built-in WiFi through the SmartHQ app enables remote control, notifications, and voice control through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, along with Chef Connect syncing for compatible Café range hoods and microwaves.
The range is available in two finishes — Matte White and Stainless Steel — each with a backlit glass touch control panel and customizable professional-style handles and knobs.
